Unique, clean place with pleasant and accommodating staff at the reception. Great and perfect location in Berlin near to an awesome bakery and coffee shop next door. - Conveniently located close to the main shopping area, Kurfurstendaam, and the shopping mall.

The hotel's location was central, in a really nice area around 3 miles from mitte which is where all the historical monuments are. The rooms were cheap and bright with functional bathrooms.

The staff at the reception was very helpful and extremely friendly. the room was good-sized and had a sofa bed, perfect for staying in all day. - the hotel's central location near Ludwigskirche Church was convenient.

Location was ok and the room we had was quiet at night.The breakfast on offer was reasonable with cereal, hot food,fruit juice,tea and coffee.Our room was very spacious and clean as was the toilet.There was also a large fan in the room which kept the room cool.

The staff were probably the most uninterested,rude people i've had the misfortune to meet.Not once were we greeted with a simple "hello".Huge staff training issues there.I was also concerned at the security regarding the front door of the hotel which was either wide open or unlocked when shut.Anyone could have walked in off the street..again staff training issues!.The room was also missing a fridge.Its not asking much to put a small fridge in the room.Or maybe they simply just dont care!

The corridors were not always kept clean. Doesn't look like they have got enough hands for cleaning job. The wooden floor makes a lot of noise when walking. The cost was on the high side. Complementary wireless internet access in the rooms would be highly appreciated.

I booked a room for 5 nights to stop smoking, and it was perfect: clean, quiet, unstressful. There's a generous breakfast buffet from 7 to 10 am. Went shopping a couple of times in Kurfürstendamm; went to see a film one night at Potsdamerplatz (an easy bus-ride over on the m29); went out a few times for coffee or a glass of wine (there are lots of restaurants and cafés in the area); it was terrific. There's also a Kaiser's (supermarket) a couple of doors down if one needs provisions, though I really only needed mineral water. Highly recommended.

The location here is amazing, just a short walk from a bus stop, and the breakfast offers a variety of delicious and hot dishes.
